The staff were so friendly and helpful, I felt like I had my own personal entourage. The hotel's location was perfect, I could shop, sightsee, and get around easily. Definitely coming back!

I absolutely loved having no heater, freezing in my room was such a unique experience. And who needs towels anyways, it's such a hassle to have them readily available.

The location was perfect as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of popular attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovations. The lack of sound insulation was a major issue as we were frequently disturbed by outside noise.

The staff, especially a gentleman named Can Sahinhe, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Can Sahinhe went above and beyond to help us, suggesting places to visit and always wearing a smile. We were also impressed with his language skills, as he could speak multiple languages to assist all guests. a fantastic stay thanks to the beautiful hotel and exceptional staff.

The room at Euro Plaza Hotel - Taksim Pera was like a cozy sanctuary. The bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I loved having a separate sitting area where I could relax after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit chilly at times. But hey, I know some people love that refreshing blast of cold air, so it might not bother everyone.

The room was spotless with a clean bathroom featuring a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The beds were comfortable and the staff was attentive. Convenient location close to Taksim, tourist attractions, and restaurants. Easy access to a riverside museum.

The early check-in, room upgrade, and complimentary fruit platter made us feel like VIPs. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and the complimentary tea/coffee/water were a nice touch. The sea view from our room was jaw-dropping and we hope to have the same view next time we visit. The breakfast was delicious and we can't wait to come back again. The location is perfect, close to shopping, transport, and tourist sites. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
